Start with a short contact request
Our interest form asks how to reach you, your preferred language and contact method, and permission for research follow-up. You can also call the site. Please keep medical history, diagnoses, medication lists, and documents out of the public form; the team will explain the appropriate process if screening information is needed.
Ask what is available at our site
The team can discuss current and future opportunities and explain whether a relevant study is accepting inquiries. A general interest list is different from open enrollment in a specific study. Availability can change, and submitting the form does not reserve a place.
Understand screening before you begin
Each protocol has its own requirements. Ask what information is needed, how it will be reviewed, and whether a screening visit is appropriate. Initial interest does not establish eligibility. The team will explain the next step for the particular study.
Review the study information
Before deciding, ask about the study purpose, procedures, time commitments, possible risks and benefits, alternatives, costs, and compensation. Informed consent is a conversation: ask for clarification and take time to consider the information.
Choose your next step
You may continue the conversation, discuss it with people you trust, or decide not to participate. Ask how to contact the team later and what happens if you choose to leave after joining. Spanish-language support is available; tell us which language you prefer.
